At Nordstrom, I learned relationship management and how to build a client book that sells itself. At 425 Fitness, I built a sales team from scratch and drove the club to capacity.

Along the way, I kept getting asked the same question: “How do you do it?” The honest answer is that I had to figure most of it out the hard way. I made every mistake — bad pitches, missed closes, burned bridges. And I learned from all of it.
