Wilkerson Consulting ("we," "us," or "our") is a career coaching business operated by Sawyer Wilkerson. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or engage our services.

Information you provide directly:

• Contact forms — your name, email address, and any message or inquiry you submit.
• Calendly bookings — your name, email address, and any information you provide when scheduling a session.
• Stripe payments — your name, email address, and payment card information when purchasing a coaching session. We do not store your card number — all payment processing is handled by Stripe.

Information collected automatically:

• Standard web server logs including IP address, browser type, referring pages, and pages visited on our site.
• Cookies and similar technologies may be set by third-party services embedded on our site (such as Calendly and Stripe). We do not set advertising cookies.

We use the information we collect to:

• Schedule and deliver coaching sessions
• Process payments for paid sessions
• Respond to your inquiries and contact-form submissions
• Manage our client pipeline internally (through a private CRM dashboard)
• Send session-related communications such as confirmations and reminders
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for targeted advertising.

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Cal.com — scheduling platform used to book sessions. Cal.com receives your name and email when you book. See Cal.com's Privacy Policy.
• Stripe — payment processing platform. Stripe receives your payment card details and email when you purchase a session. Wilkerson Consulting never sees or stores your card number. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase — secure cloud database used to store client records (name, email, service booked, and session notes). Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
• Vercel / Railway — hosting infrastructure for this website.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to deliver coaching services and comply with legal obligations. Client records in our CRM are retained for a minimum of two years following your last engagement with us. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights below).

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted database storage, access controls, and secure HTTPS connections. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Withdraw consent for any processing based on consent
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (EU/UK residents)
